Les Miserables is the world's most popular musical. Many regard it as the world's greatest musical. It is certainly the world's most successful musical. This new production will be the theatre event of 2008 in Tasmania.

This fantastic show will be right at home in Australia's oldest and most beautiful theatre, the action within touching distance and the drama staged in spectacular fashion complete with revolving stage. It is a great honour to be producing this show with the best artistic team and cast it is possible to assemble for the occasion. If you have never experienced Les Mis you are in for a treat. If you are a serial 'Les Mizzer' - this is the one!

I regard this production as the culmination of my twenty years in entertainment and I aim for it to be the pinnacle of achievement for all involved - and that means audiences are in for the time of their life when the curtain goes up on this extraordinary show as of March 12, 2008.
